One of my favorite classes at GloYoga is Patti's Slow Flow on Thursday mornings at 10:30am. Upon arriving you are guided to a sanctuary like setting. The yoga room is beautifully designed with the complements of a stone wall with an embedded fireplace. Candles burn while returning to slow is made possible for me through Patti's guidance. Her voice makes this class a guided meditation that allows time to slow itself off of our minds as student. I believe she does look like a goddess in the essence of what she is bringing through with her personal wisdom of yoga. While she is asking us to pause, she also connects us to what always seems to be what the entire group needs to hear. Her caring voice is the one we all need to hear when we do something so loving for ourselves as taking on the practice of yoga. To be able to find teachers like Patti and the other instructors is a gift worth exploring because yoga = healing.

Classes are the next best thing to a personal trainer and encourage a regular practice mentialty. The value of going to a week's worth of classes saves me the expense of going to the chiropractor because I am caring for myself in a proactive way. This kind of win/win is priceless to me.
WHEN: Classes at GloYoga Bradford are ongoing daily. That means an entire month full of yoga classes for every level and pace. Iron Yoga, Yogalates and Hot Hatha are some of the yoga classes I will be attending. As for fitness class Kickboxing, and Kettlebells are also ones to try.
