When we shift our thinking to look at ALL challenges as learning opportunities, our frustration levels go down. Being angry, frustrated or stuck doesn't seem to make sense anymore. Of course this is something that requires practice, and using this list exercise can help you see what you are up against in a new way.
I can not help but wonder how different the world would be if a small group of us started thinking this way and eventually it caught on. These are the little shifts in consciousness that need to take place before evolutionary mind shifts can take place. It starts with a few of you to trust the problem.
