Affirmation: I trust the problem to deliver me to higher ground.

It's funny that I found your blog today and read your post "Trust the Problem"... last night my hubby kind of gave me a therapy session because I was so frustrated and in physical pain with my Fibromyalgia... he set a timer on my IPOD and told me to lay still for 20 minutes and just breathe in and out and talk to God. I slowly began to feel less pain and calm down. By the end of the twenty minutes I was seriously painfree. My hubby saw the problem and decided to solve it! How great is that! Thanks for sharing. Hugs
