Complimentary
Avatar For Sea Glass Things
OK this getting habitual. I was happy to create another complementary avatar! This one is for Sea Glass Things and her ocean inspired jewelery which is reminiscent of coastal living. I love shopping for jewelery on etsy and this is one store I will be going back to. I live just north of Toronto in Canada –I can use a little coastal inspiration from time to time...
Her etsy.com shop is currently the subject of critique by Timothy Adam Designs. She is welcome to download this one and use it free of charge if she wishes to.
Let’s review avatars for a moment. Make yours click worthy and a little mysterious so that people are intrigued enough to visit your shop. Sea Glass Things is lucky because so many of us are mesmerize red by the beauty of sea glass that it make the perfect little logo. Remember this little square icon is how others will identify you on etsy.com and potentially be attracted to click on and be sent to your shop. Making one that captures your products is a must. If you would like me to look at yours please feel free to contact me about it.
Now let’s talk about Tim, (yes it has
taken me 3 weeks to get his name right), Timothy Adam seems to always have a
million wonderful marketing ventures going on at once. Check out the video
critique...Perhaps I will have to do an interview with him for this blog about
how he comes up with his many click worthy ideas. One that etsy.com sellers can be a part of is The Handbook to Handmade.
“With 175 etsy artists featured in 5 volumes, the handbook to handmade is a
small cut of very
talented artists from around the world.
"the handbook to handmade" is a monthly volume of 35 ETSY artists and
their shops...this is a
promotional tool that is used to help promote artists and etsy. the first
volume was a success,
with a great mix of artists from 35 different cities from around the world.”
now it is time for volume 6:
